Soft skills: Multi-tasking ability, excellent presentation and analytical skills. Additional context… The position is for a Program Manager for the multiple IT Security projects that has going at this time. 5 to be precise – Compliance, Security Readiness, Sailpoint/ Identity Management, Proactive/ Tokenization, and Stores Security. Each project is being managed by a project manager, the IT Security Sr. Director is also asking for a Program Manager to help manage the inter-dependencies between these 4 projects + all other projects with IT Security involvement. The Program Manager would be required to work to help craft and deliver medium to long-term IT Security strategy through the ongoing projects. Additionally, he/ she would be required to interact with support groups – Portfolio, PMO, IT Finance, and Resource Planning – and manage movement of scope, funding and resources between projects as needed.
