Interview: will hire off the phone screen! *MUST:* Experience with testing and deploying *Windchill 9/10/10.1 with change object experience (Must Have in the Resume)* Experience migrating data, developing and executing tests, and logging and resolving defects Basic understanding of the processes used in product development such as mechanical product design, electrical engineering, and software development. * PLUS:* Data Migration experience and/or prior experience testing physical products or software MCAD or ECAD experience *DAY TO DAY: *In this role, this candidate will support a program responsible for designing, testing and deploying the latest Product lifecycle Management software available on the market: Windchill 10.1. The goal of the program is to implement a new system and new business processes used by a broad base of engineers to develop the products. This role involves work such as migrating data, developing and executing tests and logging and resolving defects. This candidate should have a grasp of PLM software and a basic understanding of the processes used in product development such as mechanical product design, electrical engineering and/or software development. He/she will be learning about system and design our client is putting in place, creating test scripts to verify the PLM application meets design requirements, executing test scripts and documenting and resolving defects/issues found during testing. This candidate then will compile and summarize issues found in testing or user validation sessions and participate in data cleansing activities required to migrate the data in the new system.
