Hi, I wanted to be sure Sun sponsors are aware of a process change.
Starting in August, sponsors will be responsible for providing monthly updates about the contributions they are sponsoring. Updates will be made on an internal wiki page for management tracking. Reminder email with instructions will go out the first of each month requesting that updates be done within a week. The first such email will be sent on August 1. Thanks. Bonnie
