My initial testing indicates that the leak indeed has been fixed in 4.0!
I'll have to get back on this once I have our real application up and
running in 4.0

I'm using DBCP with Resin. DBCP looks up the connection params in a config file
and if the file needs to be in the classpath. I copied the config file in the
web app's WEB-INF/classes and also the lib folder, but my servlet is not
finding the config file. I tried the same configuration with Tom
