[Resin-interest] Config file location

I'm using DBCP with Resin. DBCP looks up the connection params in a config file and if the file needs to be in the classpath. I copied the config file in the web app's WEB-INF/classes and also the lib folder, but my servlet is not finding the config file. I tried the same configuration with Tom
