I am trying to use the lastest version resin-pro-4.0.40 , I got some config
problem to resolve.
in conf/health.xml , there is a pdf report ,when resin restarted, it will send
pdf to email configied at conf/resin.properties.

in /resin-status page , there is some html bug:

should be:
h1resin-status/h1
2. In ther Thread table:

should be
