is +0200 (CEST) and it works fine.
How can i specify the TimeZone ?

But i just find an other method :
I have modified the wrapper.pl file :
the line
$JAVA_ARGS=
is now
$JAVA_ARGS=-Duser.timezone=Europe/Paris
and it works fine.
