Also: I can inject nether setAttribute("resin.form.character.encoding") nor
setAttribute("j_use_cookie_auth") because I can't inject anything before
auth, and it's going to trash request parameters.
Also: "j_use_cookie_auth" attribute name is lame and not standard-compliant,
it should be resin.auth.something.
