Position:- SAP Portal Developer Location:- Chicago, IL Duration:- 3 Months Rate:- Need to be all inclusive Target Start Date:- 02/23/09 Job Responsibilities / Skill Sets Needed:- * Onsite SAP Portal Developer during Project Blueprint/Realization/GO-LIVE/Sustain phases of SAP BI development Project * Contributes to delivery and quality of SAP Portal definition/requirements, technical design build/development, testing and roll-out. * Provides knowledge transfer to SAP Portal development team on functional and technical Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse Methods and techniques. * Knowledge of SAP Portal (WAD, Visual Composer, JAVA) * Knowledge of SAP Portal interface development * Minimum 2 SAP Portal Implementations * SAP Portal Technical Architecture Skills * SAP Portal These were the minimum requirements:- * Candidates with minimum 4-6 years BI experience (SAP BI 3.5, BI 7.0 a must) * Experience in developing dashboard style reports (Dashboards on Portals) * In depth knowledge of data / processes in one or more SAP functional areas (FI, CO-PA, SD, MM, QM and SM) * Experience in conducting business workshops * Experience in pulling data from different sources and put together dashboard style reporting in BI * Experience with information broadcasting service * Experience in BI report development w/APO (added newly).
