*Summary Job Description*

The SuccessFactors Compensation consultant /Lead will own the delivery of 
the Compensation functionality in SuccessFactors represented by 
Compensation Management. This candidate will be responsible for design, 
configuration and delivery of this functionality with customer facing 
responsibilities.

 

*Key Accountabilities*

·       Conduct workshops and create workbooks for the Compensation 
Management module

·       Guide the business for adaption of SuccessFactors functionality and 
advise w.r.t. process adoption and leveraging product functionality to 
achieve the desired outcome

·       Configuration of the product, conducting iterations, SIT,  support 
UAT, migration and cutover

·       Work with the rest of the team (USA, offshore /nearshore location) 
on overall solution design and provide inputs in areas of interface and 
integration

·       Work with the offshore /nearshore team to leverage configuration 
assistance, prefilled workbooks and documents

·       Complete ownership of the Compensation module

 

*Key Competencies*

·       Ability to configure and design SuccessFactors Compensation module

·       Ability to understand business processes and consult around the 
same.

·       Ability to lead a track, interact with the customer and business 
users

·       Good communication & presentation skills

 

*Knowledge*

·       Experience of on-site / off-shore delivery model

·       Fluent English language skills (written, spoken)

·       Domain experience in HR will be an added advantage

 

*Experience*

·       At least 2 end to end implementations in this area

·       Prior experience in SAP HCM or similar products on the Talent 

 

*Management functionality*

·       Overall 5 – 8 years of relevant work experience

 

*Qualifications:* Professional certification in SuccessFactors Compensation 
module is desired
