*Testing Tuning Concurrent Manager. Assisting the customer with Concurrent Manager. Mostly APPS DBA tasks. Provide technical and functional assistance for client EBS applications, associated with the following activities: Assessing current schedule and adhoc job requirements and setups Collecting and arranging various programs into various buckets based on reporting and analytic requirement of the organization. Discuss planned reporting management plans and requirements. Designing and setting up a target concurrent manager(s) architecture for the jobs. Developing design document for your reporting needs. Review findings and recommendations with client. * *Important points: Working with the business users to document/verify scheduled jobs, Understanding of what job are doing and overall need (execution time frame, number of executions etc) Business purpose, schedules, who can schedule execution, who can execute adhoc, Long running jobs and overall all organization of the batch schedule. Evaluation of all jobs on the CM processes. Client is currently conducting a tech review of the CM queues, jobs, and executions with their partner.
