Position:- .Net Developer Location:- Thousand Oaks, CA (just Northwest of LA) Duration:- 6 Months contract to hire Note:- * Must be US citizen/GC Holder/EAD only * Local candidates preferred Summary:- * Seeking a self-motivated, multi-tasking candidate to provide daily support to a Fortune 50 financial operations area. * The candidate's responsibilities include, but not limited to: prepare financial account reconciliation and business analytics; support multiple databases and applications; define business and system requirements including preparing detailed specifications from which programs are written; lead testing efforts by developing and executing test plans in conformity to business standards; plus participate in other special projects. Some traveling and extended work hours required. Required Experience:- * Applicant should have experience with MS SQL Server, which includes table structures, data types, primary and foreign keys, as well as experience with Transact-SQL and stored procedures. * Applicant must also have experience with .NET, VB, SQL Server, and Classic ASP. * Experience in using MS Excel and Access and to work independently on many occasions as well as resolving most issues with minimal assistance. * Possess a finance/accounting/information system degree or have the equivalent of 7 years work experience in a related field. * Excellent communication skills.
