Position :Functional/Business Analyst Location :Charlotte, NC Duration :12+ Month Contract Job Description: Functional/Business Analyst in Performance Mgmt division. Role will support end users of HP's PPM product for Time, Project, & Demand Management. MUST HAVE: 3-5 years of BA experience with Mercury's ITG product, which is now known as HP PPM. Successful candid date will have extensive knowledge of HP's PPM product (formerly Mercury's IT Governance product). Depth of understanding should include best practice usage and security administration. While not required, some technical development background would provide needed perspective to communicate effectively with technical support team. Add'l Required Skills -Ability to troubleshoot problem reports -Ability to analyze or trend a situation and suggest improvements -Ability to multi-task -Good communication skills – written and verbal. Will be making customer contacts. -Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint – some of the job-aids are in Powerpoint) -Ability to write SQL queries / Visual Studio (VBS) scripts / reports against an Oracle database (for PICCASO and ITG) and present the data in Excel or other products.
