Job Title : Java Developer Location : Edina, MN Duration : 12 Months contract -- Only Locals* Role Criteria: Translates functional specifications into software design documents while adhering to applicable design standards. Designs, develops and unit tests new or enhanced software features while adhering to applicable design and coding standards. Builds packages and deploys software to integration and quality assurance testing environments. Field technical questions from business analyst, software developer, quality assurance and implementation personnel. Provides development estimates for enhancement requests. Provides technical support for Implementation and production support personnel. Identifies and resolves bugs and deficiencies in the product codebase. Builds and maintains internal tools to streamline the software development process and enhance productivity. Researches new software development concepts and makes suggestions for improvement.
