Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
8Experience in the IT development field.
8System design experience in object-oriented (i.e., OOD) analysis and design.
8JAVA programming experience.
5SQL programming experience. Knowledge of JDBC interactions with
relational databases. Ability to create, read and understand
Oracle/Sybase based stored procedures
or a related database application (e.g., DB2).
5Experience in formulating Use Case scenarios.
5Experience in performing rigorous test case scenarios.
5Previous experience validating business requirements and design
specifications with users.
4Experience with selection, design and development of appropriate
technology components for JAVA applications such as Enterprise Java
Beans, J2EE, JSP, XML, UML,
SOAP, and Java Servlets.
3Development experience with WebSphere and its associated components.
2Familiarity with CVS related source management tools.
2Experience developing web-based systems using Hibernate.
2Experience using Log4j and JUnit.
1Experience developing Eclipse Rich Client Plugins using JFace
components and RCP Developer from Instantiations.
Strong Excellent technical leadership skills.
Strong Good oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Requirements:

JAVA Certified.
Knowledge of Use Case Methodology with experience in its
utilization
for software requirements documentation.
Experience in developing SOA solutions based on Service
Component
Architecture utilizing Apache Tuscany framework.
Experience using AXIS or Apache SOAP.
