The ability to configure and test SRST on local ISR routers. Ability to work with transcoders, conference bridges and media termination points. The ability to configure T1 PRI circuits via MGCP and configure route lists and route groups to ensure a redundant configuration exists. The ability to work with SQL Server to retrieve Call detail Records. The ability to work with Cisco ATA 186 analog adaptors including installation and troubleshooting. Ability to work with Cisco RTMT and configure alerts for clients support staff. General Cisco networking /Juniper firewall network skills including the ability to – Configure VLANs, trunk ports on various switches using dot1q. Ability to configure firewall rules on Juniper NetScreen appliance Ability to troubleshoot routing on ISR Routers. General Unity Express /IPCC skills – Ability to determine auto-attendant requirements and reconfigure as necessary. Very organized documentation skills recording current environment and incoming called numbers.
