*Passport No is Required for H1-B & EADs/Highest Education Document* Role : SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) Location : Plano, TX Duration: 12+ Months Implementation partner : TCS Skills & Qualifications 8-12 years of experience, specializing in SAP SOLMAN 7.1 and 7.2 experience required. • Demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of SOLMAN 7.1 and 7.2 in Production Support; Should have knowledge of following areas of SOLMAN - Tech mon , BP mon, Charms globally, , BPM, BI monitoring , Solman Doc, BPCA, UPL , CCLM implemented• Should be able to work with the SAP SOLMAN on any kind of technical issues • Candidate must have strong problem solving skills, be self-directed and capable of working with minimal supervision. · Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills · Passionate about learning new technologies. • Should have experience in working with Interfaces to SAP • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate • The candidate should be ready to work in flexible timings• A natural communicator with the ability to keep the right people • Strong knowledge and understanding of IT Service Provider organizations is helpful• Ability to function independently and effectively in a self-directed environment highly organized, detail-oriented, a strong work ethic, and demonstrated teamwork skills. • Primary responsibilities include SAP SOLMAN 7.1 and 7.2 and support, technical support, transport management, batch management and production support for SAP environment. Hands on experience in solution manager Should have knowledge of following areas of SOLMAN - Tech mon , BP mon, Charms globally, , BPM, BI monitoring , Solman Doc, BPCA, UPL , CCLM implementedHands on experience in HANA databse maintenance • Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting and refresh to ensure stability, security, recoverability of the SAP and related systems.• Management of SAP in FDA regulated and Sarbanes-Oxley controlled environment. • Perform root-cause-analysis, as well as performance management and optimization of SAP Systems. • Proactively analyze SAP environment to detect deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement. • Develop and maintain policies and procedures relating to information systems. Maintain technical infrastructure reference documents such as technical architecture, interface references, hardware and software assets. • Experience with developing SAP data archive solution using Open Text; Ability to analyze problems, troubleshooting and resolving Open Text related issues. .
