Take one of the example WAR-based apps from the examples/ directory.  It 
builds a WAR with resteasy jars within that war.  It configures web.xml 
to use resteasy.

So, using resteasy within JBoss 5.1 is like using resteasy in Tomcat or 
Jetty.
