Please share resume at atu...@directionstaff.com *Healthcare Business/data analyst * *Location: *Franklin, TN *Duration: *6+ Months *Mandatory Skills:* • Extensive experience as a Senior Data Analyst with an expertise in the Health Care data (Members, Providers, Claims, Authorizations) • Good knowledge on Healthcare EDI formats (EDI 834, Data mapping experience etc) • Experience with multiple inbound data files, types, frequencies and complex processes • Good experience in understanding Healthcare Data Sets and the ability to map Healthcare Data to relevant table structures • Strong SQL and analytical skills and the ability to interact with Business and Technical teams • Experience in data use with tools such as Excel, SQL etc • Strong client orientation through assessment, interpretation and analysis of client needs bringing tasks to closure in quick turnaround time • An independent worker, works with minimal guidance • With a strong ability to manage multiple tasks • Team player with strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills *Desired Skills:* • Proficient with MS Office, including Visio • SQL Development experience, T-SQL *Job Responsibilities:* • Work with the business users to understand client data onboarding requirements, analyze data file structures provided by the client, and establish the mapping to relevant table structures • Work independently (willing to jump in with little direction rather than someone expecting detailed written instruction and training).
