Provide expertise, technical knowledge and nuanced understanding of architecture, application systems design and integration across multiple enterprise applications. * - *Work closely with the Senior Officer, Technical Design, to define the institution’s strategy for application integration and to create a related roadmap. Execute incremental tasks in support of this strategy. * - *Gather business requirements to develop system integrations. Translate business requirements and specifically integration requirements into simple and efficient integration technical design. * - *Deliver integration services in an agile delivery methodology. Follow standard development methods covering the full software development lifecycle (planning, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and support) to ensure solution quality and consistency of process. * - *Lead ongoing efforts to ensure integration solution design is compliant with the architecture and standards of the organization. * - *Decompose integration scenarios into data flow diagrams and functional / technical specifications by taking into account software and system capabilities while promoting reuse, services-based integrations, maintainability and efficiency. * - *Develop, implement and support business event and workflow processes. * - *Develop orchestrations, Web Services, SQL scripts, Conversions, and Data Extracts using standard tools including Cast Iron and Salesforce Data Loader. Develop a detailed design and customized configuration / code to support business processes and procedures. Engineer and develop technical solutions based on those designs. * - *Analyze and monitor integration support issues. * - *Other duties as assigned. * *Qualifications:* - *Bachelor's degree required. * - *Minimum of eight years of experience integrating software applications, both in real-time and batch. Experience integrating Salesforce or Workday or Microsoft applications preferred. Demonstrated understanding of modern enterprise architecture and hands-on experience with enterprise application integration middleware and platforms. * - *Five or more years of experience in software integration and enterprise-level data architecture for both cloud-based/software-as-a-service (SaaS) and on-premises software applications, including experience with at least one integration platform (e.g., Dell Boomi, Cast Iron, Informatica Cloud), with a preference for Cast Iron experience. * - *Five or more years of experience working with web services and/or application programming interfaces (APIs), including experience building interfaces to transfer data across multiple enterprise systems. * - *Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing/prototyping solutions and testing and implementing cross-application integrations in a deadline-driven. Experience supporting the full software development lifecycle, including conversance with agile methodologies. * - *Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced professional environment.
