No phone*. *Big focus on SCCM 2012 and experience with SCCM Client 2012* *Must-haves* - Experience working in a large Windows 7 environment dealing with rollouts/implementations - Have led technicians/managing experience - Experience monitoring and troubleshooting nightly conversions through SCCM 2012 dashboard - Experience restarting failed task sequences remotely to resolve issues or arrange for proper dispatch - Cisco AnyConnect - SCCM Client 2012 - Active Directory - group policies, network communication protocols - Experience managing a small team - Excellent communication - Able to work 3rd shift regularly *Role*This Conversion Manager will be responsible for the Conversion Technicians who are monitoring SCCM dashboards during the XP to Windows 7 conversion process after hours. They will ensure successful completion of each of the task sequences upon failure of the processes and attempt to remediate and/or dispatch accordingly. This will all be done after hours to prevent disruption of the end users. They will restart failed task sequences and attempt to remotely resolve these issues, and will identify best practices and/or coordination process gaps for areas of improvement.
