*Job Title : Project manager * *Location : O Fallon MO * *Duration : 12+ months* *Rate : $48/hr on C2C Max* *Main experience needed:* 3-5 years of Project management experience in structured methodology Need experience with Agile methodology Waterfall methodology preferred PMP certified is a big plus Knowledge of payments or financial industry is a plus *Knowledge / Experience:* -Advanced knowledge and demonstrated expertise in the areas of strategy, planning and project management required processes and techniques. -Experience in Infrastructure Projects, including Hardware, Software and Network -3 to 5 years of experience with Project Management structured methodology and project planning tools. Knowledge of Waterfall preferred. Proven experience running a project using Agile methodology required. -Knowledge of payments industry preferred, Client specific knowledge highly preferred. -Demonstrate the ability to successfully manage large programs -Application migration leading practices *Major Accountabilities:* -Provide leadership and oversight on various Infrastructure projects of a complex nature. Responsible for planning, developing, and executing schedules to ensure timely completion of project deadlines and milestones. Responsible for compiling project budget and ensuring the project stays in line with this budget. -Ensure methodology compliance and manage resolutions, reporting to management when necessary. -Ensure timely and accurate communication with project contributors throughout the life cycle of the project. Must be familiar with the system"s scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the teams. Identify and monitor project risks. -Regularly communicates to senior management regarding the status of specific project deliverables. -Provide measurable input into new products, processes, standards or plans in support of the business. -Effectively lead the project team to align with the business objectives, project schedule, and project budget. -Effectively deal with difficult situations. Help develop solutions to complex problems. Ability to mentor junior Project Managers. *Education:* Bachelor, MBA preferred or equivalent training and experience.
