 *Job Description : *

*Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills:*

-  Strong experience with Pentaho
- Strong Experience with Dash board & Data Integration
-  Strong ETL and database skills (SQL server or Oracle)
- Strong communication and customer facing skills
- Solid understanding of data Modeling concepts
- Technical team management experience including offshore team members
- Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- eCommerce  related domain experience a plus.

*Roles and responsibility:*

Lead Pentaho SME,
Guide onshore and offshore ETL Developers to ensure standards are met
Work with the application development teams throughout the development life
cycle
Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks
Good written and oral communication
Explain complex design items through documents and white-board sessions
 SQL knowledge and performance tuning experience needed

*Desirable Technical / Functional Skills:*

Experience with Data Integration/ETL tools like Pentaho or Informatica
Understanding of agile or other iterative software development methodologies
