Send me profiles : ar...@vedicsoft.com *Role : **Senior Tester* *Location : WA * *Duration : 6+months * *Job Description : * *Key Responsibilities* - Drive and contribute to test strategy and architecture - Advocate for both product and process quality throughout the development process - Write, review, and execute test plans and test cases to ensure proper test coverage - Provide estimates for test-related activities - Provide status on test planning, test execution phases, and issue resolutions - Review design documents with an eye toward usability and testability *Key Attributes and Experience:* - *5+ years of experience shipping high-quality software products and services* - Great leadership skills to work effectively within and across organizations - *Strong technical skills with MS technologies in all tiers. Preferred areas of focus are Windows 8, .Net services, T-SQL, MS BI Stack, web UIs (Silverlight, HTML5, XAML), and SharePoint* - Experience with validating large volume data flows - *Experience with waterfall and agile project methodologies* - Computer science background, BSCS or equivalent discipline required - Relaxed, positive attitude under pressure - Four year degree or equivalent experience *Nice to Have:* - Windows 8 Modern UI testing experience - Experience testing in an Azure environment - Teamwork Foundation Server (TFS) experience with test case and build management - IT operations experience - Performance profiling Best Regards, *Arjun Kanakoti * *VEDICSOFT* | *Business Intelligence.
