*Job Title* SAP BODS Architect *Project Location* Raleigh NC *Duration* 6 months /Contract * NEED USC/GC ONLY* * Skills Required and Job Description:* Currently the group is looking for someone who has a strong SAP 6.0, IDOC, BDC and strong attention to detail . Description: The Master Data Architect will lead data profiling, assessment, and cleansing activities to support business integrations and acquisitions to the SAP 6.0 platform while ensuring compliance to data standards, and standard operating procedures. The position will require the use of SAP Data Services with data exception reports being generated, and also require training to the business user community. The Corporate division is the central operating unit of the company setting strategy and policy and providing business development, finance, human resources, information technology, investor relations and legal support to the businesses. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: •Perform data profiling and data assessment of Material, Vendor and Customer master data and related objects •Collect data requirements and perform data gap analysis for projects •Document process gaps, data gaps, complexity assessment and closure advisory •Perform data loading and updates in SAP by using Data services best practice, IDOC, BDC, and LSMW •Perform data cleansing of material, vendor, customer and other master data by using SAP Data Services •Extract data from SAP and NON SAP Data sources for data profiling, rules creation, loading into SAP BW and SAP ECC •Standardize and de dup Material, Vendor and Customer master data records •Act as liaison between business users and technical teams as required •Ensure that the system remains validated and compliant with regulatory agencies by following Teleflex Medical validation processes •Ensure that audit requirements are met •Keep up-to-date with SAP technologies and tools as it relates to the position •Carry out detailed impact assessments for proposed change requests, proposing alternative cost-effective solutions where appropriate •Work with other functional teams within IT and the Business to identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in the implementation of those agreed •Develop and generate data exception reports •Provide training and support business units and functional departments EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: •Minimum of 5 years’ experience with SAP systems •Minimum of 5 years’ experience with ETL tools •Minimum of 2 years’ experience with SAP Data Services •Minimum of 3 years’ experience in implementing and/or working with MDM solutions •BS degree in Computer Science preferred SPECIALIZED SKILLS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS: •Experience working with an international team •Process experience relating to the regulated Medical/Pharmaceutical industry •Manufacturing and Distribution experience is a plus •Experience in developing complex solutions as required by business and functional experts •Capable of working in a cross functional and globally dispersed team environment •Bi-lingual: Spanish, German or French is a plus •Ability to prioritize work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines •Customer focused and service oriented •Effectively meet goals and complete tasks from start to finish -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "IT Auditor Resumes" group.
