Strong Analytical and problem solving skills and should be able to trouble shoot issues. · Having Strong Communication skills, Self-Motivated and Inter Personal Skills, organize multiple tasks to meet schedules and deadlines. · Excellent Techno functional knowledge in EBS Financial & Supply chain modules preferred but not required. · Familiar with Oracle AIM & OUM Methodology Oracle Finance Onsite Lead ( Functional with upgrade exp) Los Angeles, CA 8 Years System or Business Analysis Experience in R12 Oracle EBS Financials Application implementations with minimum Two full upgrades done in last two years from R11 to R12. Lead the EBS upgrade project life cycle, from architecture design, requirements gathering, gap analysis, configuration, testing and training through to post go-live support. Accomplished 4+ Oracle EBS Financials experience Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people Capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and interpersonal skills Note : Here the requirement is opposite the candidate should be functional with major in financial modules + experience in upgrade + knowledge in technical & other modules added advantage. Oracle SCM Onsite Lead ( Functional with upgrade exp) Los Angeles, CA 8 Years System or Business Analysis Experience in R12 Oracle EBS Supply chain Application implementations with minimum Two full upgrades done in last two years from R11 to R12. Supply chain modules include Oracle Order Management, Oracle Inventory, Purchasing, Bill of Materials, WIP, Costing Lead the EBS upgrade project life cycle, from architecture design, requirements gathering, gap analysis, configuration, testing and training through to post go-live support.
