*Mandatory Skills  *

• Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, Microsoft BI Tools (SSIS
mandatory)

• Ability to write medium-complex SQL Queries

• Healthcare Data Experience (Members, Providers, Claims,
Authorization)

• Experience with multiple inbound data files, types,
frequencies and complex processes

• Proficient with MS Office, including Visio

• Confident in asking questions

• Good communicator



*Desired Skills*

• SQL Development experience



*Job Responsibilities   *

• Responsible for developing and testing ETL routines using
Microsoft Visual Studio Data Tools/BI suite (mostly SSIS)

• Work independently (willing to jump in with little direction
rather than someone expecting detailed written instruction and training).
This person has to hit the ground running and be highly productive

• Document clearly and concisely and communicate to other
parties to get them on the same page

· Must have worked on Healthcare domain in recent experience.

Desired Skills

· Knowledge of java & web services.



*Job Responsibilities *

· Very hands on Lead position

· Design ETL process (by detail code, data and process analysis)

· Responsible for developing and testing ETL routines

· Package configuration and deployment, simple and complex
transformation, variables, VB scripting, database and file-based data
source handling, exception and error handling, etc.

· Responsible for performance tuning

· Strong debugging skills with the ability to identify the root
cause of the issues

· Handling XML/TXT files for loading

· Having an experience of managing small team as a lead

· Able to articulate and define the data processes as part of the
production releases

· Good Inter personal skills and articulate to the senior
management as required

· Should have good experience in planning and following good change
control process. Identify the gaps in the general process and improve them
as required

· Should work independently and willing to go extra length to nail
down the data related issues

· Should have previous experience in streamlining the data load
processes and able see the improvements implemented

· Come up with best practices.

*Main Duties:*

• Debug and troubleshoot complex issues, assist with root-cause analysis
and provide solutions. (Such as performance issues)

• Design/implement performance enhancements/fixes/improvements

• Improve monitoring/support tools

• Validate/Test/ Performance test fixes/enhancements

• Assist with monitoring/reviewing customer SLA violations or other
performance issues



*Skills/Requirements:*

• 5+ years of C#.NET, ASP.NET Webforms and/or MVC and SQL.

• 2+ years SQL performance analysis experience, using profiler to find and
resolve slow sql

• Ability to communicate complex performance issues to technical and
non-technical audiences.

• Evaluate and select the toolset(s) to use for performance/issue analysis

• Track defects/issues and enhancements.

• Execute and interpret performance test results.

• Prepare reports documenting test execution results.

• Good knowledge of company’s products and their functionality.



*Experience:*

• Experience with SQL indices, statistics, and query plan analysis

• Experience with performance analyzing C# code (i.e. dottrace, ANTS
profiler, etc.)

• Experience working with code repositories such as GitHub.

• Experience working with Visual Studio .NET

• Experience using bug-tracking tools such as Jira.

• Experience with Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins/Hudson.

• Experience with PowerShell.

• Working knowledge of XML and related technologies.

• Experience coding in Ruby.

• Experience in implementing BDD using Cucumber.

• Experience working in a Scrum agile software development environment.

• Experience working in highly regulated environments.

• Strong analytical and debugging skills.

• Strong ability to multitask; manage and prioritize multiple, diverse
projects simultaneously.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Must be flexible, independent and self-motivated.
