Duration: 6 months + (likely into 2016+) Job Description: The BA’s we need now need to have specific Loanserv (MortgageServ) application experience because they will be expected to come in a write FSD (Functional Specification Documents) using system terminology and configuration for the development staff. They will be on contract through work on mortgage compliance projects such as, but not limited to topics related to charge off handling, credit bureau reporting, late fee handling, notice modifications including ARM, VA, and state specific notices, GSE & investor requirements etc. REQUIRED: *Loanserv (MortgageServ) application experience (Can NOT consider candidates without this skill – THIS IS THE #1 TOP REQUIRED SKILL for this position)* DESIRED: Microsoft Office Suite (this is being used for all general documentation) HP Quality Center (this is being used for testing) *Notes from Manager: They absolutely REQUIRE the Loanserv (MortgageServ) experience as it is critical to the job duties – They will consider candidates anywhere in the US and will even allow for remote work for candidates with this skill. Their systems are running in a mainframe environment and they are using MS office tools for documentation and HP Quality Center for Testing. Candidates do NOT need Mainframe or Quality Center, but these would be nice to have.
