Product Manager Senior

Note: this is going to be Product Manager who has been working with the
Development Projects not a Functional Product manager.
The Product Manager should have experience working with IT development Team
in an Agile environment.
- Works closely with Product Owners to understand the business needs and
establish/contribute to product strategy Translate product strategy into
detailed requirements and prototypes Can clearly communicate product vision
/ strategy to team members and stakeholders.
- Attend the required workshops to understand the product roadmap
Responsible for developing product features, prioritizing the backlog,
and managing risks while ensuring the iterations and releases are meeting
the business objectives
- Ensures the backlog is populated with enough prioritized user stories
that are ready to be estimated for the next four iterations.
- Actively manages features and dependencies in and across product releases
and works with all the stakeholders involved (external / internal) Liaison
between Integrator and Ford SMEs for Existing Systems, Interfaces Helps
plan team's work (alongside the product owner and the team) Identifies
risks, and implements mitigation and contingency plans, focused on
early mitigation or elimination of Risks.
- Should possess thorough knowledge of the services the product team
handles and be able to work with super anchor to develop solutions as
required Facilitate adoption of relevant Ford IT processes.
Employs/Champions Agile software processes, culture, best practices and
techniques; Facilitates Agile ceremonies.
- Advocates the use of agile principles and ceremonies and helps the
team focus on agile principles and associated activities.
- Strives to be the voice of agile – or the team's “chief agile-ist"
Ensures effective usage of Rally and derives meaningful insights from Jira
like Velocity,Iterations burn down rate etc. to enable the team go further
Ensures implementation of DevOps and software craftsmanship practices like
CI/CD, TDD, Pair Programming
- Able to assess the overall health of the product and raise key
decision to move it forward.
- Gathers customer and internal feedback to drive improvements and inform
product roadmap;

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
-
- MUST HAVE 12+ years of experience working in a Java enterprise
environment
- MUST HAVE experience working on high volume systems
- MUST HAVE at least 5 years of experience working with Spring,
Spring Boot, and Web Services
- MUST HAVE experience with Cassandra, HBase, Bigtable, or DynamoDB
- MUST HAVE experience developing in a Linux environment
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree
HIGHLY DESIRED REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with a graph database such as DataStax
- Experience with the GraphQL API
- Experience with Kafka or other similar large-scale messaging
technologies

We are looking for a savvy Cloud Architect to join our growing Hashmap team
of data professionals. The hire will be responsible for specifying and
implementing optimized, comprehensive and robust cloud or on-prem
solutions, or hybrids thereof.
Technical Skill Sets (Mandatory):
Cloud Knowledge
• Hands-on experience of Azure, AWS or GCP with an excellent understanding
of its ecosystems. Certification as a cloud architect is preferable
• Expert-level knowledge on implementing cloud data warehouses – Snowflake
and AWS Redshift or Azure SQL Data Warehouse, or Google BigQuery experience.
• Ensuring critical system security using best-in-class cloud security
solutions.
• Experience with all facets of data pipeline construction - ETL/Real-time,
data management and consumption (e.g. BI, Micro-services) architectures and
tooling etc.
• Experience with Snowflake, databricks or Azure synapse.
• Able to integrate a combination of cloud-vendor and 3rd party services.
Development Skills
• Expert-level knowledge building data pipelines - using a variety of
different technologies, e.g. Azure Data Factory, Matillion, DBT (data build
tool), Python & Spark.
• Candidates must have direct work experience developing and deploying
multiple projects where they implemented the full cloud data pipeline
documented on their resume
• Strong Knowledge of database development tools
• Proficient in Python OR Java/Scala programming
• Understanding of Data Engineering design patterns around data
acquisition, data transformation and data presentation in various
paradigms, e.g. real-time, batch, NoSQL/SQL, SaaS offerings and others
• Experience working with numerous design paradigms: Clean Architecture,
Microservice Architect, SOA, Design Driven Design, Hexagonal Architecture,
etc...
