Enterprise Business Intelligence Analyst/Developer NY City *Job Description
Enterprise Business Intelligence Analyst/Developer will help develop analytical and reporting capabilities using Microsoft Business Intelligence Technologies (SQL 2005, SSAS (Analysis Services), SSRS (Reporting Services), ProClarity). Responsibilities: - Support environment and troubleshoot issues - Reporting Services, ProClarity Application Administration - Manage database/OLAP cubes - Ad hoc reporting and analysis - Design, write and publish standard reports - User training - Prepare specifications and recommendations for improvements - Prepare all necessary documentation for SOX and SDLC Experience - External: Seeking individual with 6-8 working years and at least 3 years of SQL Server 2005, Microsoft Business Intelligence Development Studio including (Reporting Services, Analysis Services), OLAP/Cube development experience, with MDX and T-SQL knowledge. Experience with MS Dynamic GP table structures and ProClarity for both Financials and HR a plus. Candidate should demonstrate familiarity with developing and publishing reports for enterprise consumption. Candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be familiar with general system development lifecycle phases, and is comfortable in a fast paced environment. Microsoft Certification preferred. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
