Need an admin with OPEN VIEW skills Must be local to Dayton, OH- that is where the work and interview will take place 6 month project Here are the specs --- *OpenView Consultant* This person will serve as a team member in performance tuning our OpenView environment. Duties and responsibilities could include: · Base lining – They will assist in creating a set of baseline policies for various platforms. (UNIX, Linux, Windows, DB, etc) · Event Management – Troubleshoot current environment and assist in correcting policy errors and agent problems. · Automation Tools – Assist in creating automated tools for NOC Operators to perform more troubleshooting and problem solving. · OVOW Migration – This is the migration of OpenView Operations and Network Node Manager from UNIX platform to Windows. Most of the work is complete but this is where the AlarmPoint integration experience would be nice. *Required Skills* · 5+ years of experience in OpenView Operations for Windows 7.5 (OVW) and Network Node Manager 7.51 (NNM) for both Windows and UNIX platforms · Experience in designing, implementing and troubleshooting policies · Good working knowledge of Smart Plug-ins for Windows, Linux and UNIX. · Knowledge of scripting in Visual Basic and/or Perl. · Experience working with AlarmPoint integration with Network Node Manager would be helpful · Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously Thanks & Regards, Gopal IT Logix [EMAIL PROTECTED] --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "REQSRESUMES" group.
