*Job Title: Senior Java DEV* *Job Location-* *Dover, DE* *Job Duration- **This is an ongoing position that is expected to run well beyond the end date of the fiscal year. * *EXPERIENCE* Need to have 10 to 12 years of experience in Java. *Years of Relevant Experience: * 10+ years, and 1 to 2 years project management experience *Preferred Education:* 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study *Role Description:* All roles specified in STAS1 plus the following: · Architect systems and design, develop and implement infrastructure/applications for industry specific roles that require integration with internet, intranet, or statewide systems and applications. · Architect, develop and implement web applications and technologies · Function as an expert related to architectural best practices. · May function as a Business Analyst and Project Manager. o Work with other disciplines to satisfy business requirements and solve technical constraints o Provide innovative solutions to establish a collaborative environment between technology and the other disciplines. o Responsible for mentorship and guidance to technical team members in all projects · Report status to PM and Manager · Write technical documentation, admin guides and user guides. · Responsible for day to day work assignments and application support *SKILLS –* *REQUIRED SKILLS-* · Prior experience developing back end application infrastructure (not UI) in J2EE · Expert knowledge of technical architectures and web platforms Prior Development of dynamic web applications · Hands on with Weblogic 12c and above · Relational Database Design expereince · SQL Coding and writing Stored procedures ecommerce/egov credit card and financial transaction applications and architecture · Web Services (Rest or SOAP) J2EE 1.7 or above · EJB 2.1 (stateless session java beans, message drive beans) JSON XML Servlets & Front Controller Design · JSP, JSTL · HTML, JavaScript · AJAX *Highly Desired Skills-* 1 PCI Compliance experience (from development perpective) 2 CSS Prior experience with Application and Web Server Configuration 3 Windows Server 2008 and Higher IntelliJ 4 Oracle 11 g JavaScript Frameworks (jQuery or Prototype preferred) 5 Ant Build Scripts *Nice to Have- * 1 Struts 2 Spring iOS Development 3 Android Developments *Note : **All Resumes submitted to our Clients are Subject to an Extensive Background Check.
