Description Application Programmer - Oracle Payroll Consultant ** This is more of a technical position. Ideal candidate should have 70/30 or 80/20 technical/functional breakdown ** ** SKills: Payroll Resource Requirements Oracle Payroll experience as #1 skill, not an additional skill. Has implemented Oracle US payroll Very Strong understanding of internal payroll table and process relationships (much deeper then conversion and report understanding) Strong understanding of payroll relationship with other Oracle modules (HR, OAB, OTL) Advanced Element definition and understanding (why and how) Advanced Fast Formula experience (Oracle seeded fast formulas plus defining custom fast formulas) Strong understanding of payroll business processing Understands payroll regulatory requirements Very strong communication skills - will be working directly with the business Problem / Solution oriented - will not simply be handed perfect requirements
** Additional Information: Oracle Apps Production Support. The position must be on site to work with the client business for rapid completion of critical business payroll projects prior to EOY 2008.
