Daily job functions related to security architecture and security operations software/platform support. Resources will be managing support cases, mailbox requests as well as developing support knowledge and scripts. This job requires phone & incident support, collaboration with others. The appropriate level of candidate and a big picture view is important. There is room for growth over time if candidates bring past experience and knowledge from prior security roles.
