Location: Wayne PA Duration: 6 Months Job Requirements: Must have hands-on experience with Oracle Applications and good understanding of the Oracle Applications architecture. Understanding of other Oracle Applications modules, such as Oracle Sales Online and CRM Resource Manager and how they interact with Oracle Incentive Compensation. Working with users on a daily basis and providing functional support as well as technical troubleshooting assistance. Developing Oracle reports, forms and PL/SQL code. Unit test code changes, prepare test plans and adhere to established coding standards. Job Responsibilities/Skills: Minimum of two years experience with the development and operations of Oracle Incentive Compensation module. Responsible for setting up and maintaining sales compensation plans and all related tasks. Provide technical support to end-users. Solid understanding of Oracle and associated tools. A firm understanding of the development life cycle including the analytical skills necessary to satisfy testing documentation, and Change Management requirements. Create and maintain AIM documentation. Strong communication skills required. Knowledge of UNIX desired. Good understanding of information systems and their relationship to business functions. Create and maintain reports using Oracle Discoverer.
