*Job Qualifications:*
Activities as a PeopleSoft Architect / Administrator:
Implement and maintain PeopleSoft Internet Application environment
Plan and build Web and Application Servers
Load-balance web servers
Setup and maintain Verity Search Engine and Collection
Implement Unix and Windows PeopleSoft Batch Server environment
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues.
Configure SSL Secure server (https) connections
Enable Publish and Subscribe services between cross platform PeopleSoft
applications
Implement Integration Broker setup
Setup and enable Single Signon using SiteMinder or LDAP Authentication
Design and implement Disaster recovery solutions
Install WebSphere, PIA, COBOL License Manager, Tuxedo and other software
Install PeopleBooks
Upgrade PeopleTools and Application – Minor and Major Upgrades
Install Maintenance Packs, Bundles, Patches, Tax updates, Fixes and
Resolutions
Create automated processes, scripts
Refresh Development and Test Application environments
Support in installing Client workstation PeopleSoft Developer tools
PeopleSoft Technical knowledge, Administration skills, Upgrade expertise,
Oracle Database knowledge, SQL skills, UNIX OS knowledge, Shell script
skills, Web Technology knowledge, Networking knowledge, Willingness to
learn, Responsibility to take ownership
