** *RATE : $45/hr C2C* Duties and Responsibilities: · Configure Payroll rules, garnishments, off-cycle payroll, tax reporting, gross to net payroll and third party billing. · Configure and develop SAP HR and Non SAP HR solutions. · Benefit Administration analysis and configuration · BSI Updates · Conference with Payroll users to enhance system and troubleshoot issues. Essential Skills and Requirements: · * 3- 5 years of experience in SAP HCM with hands-on experience in the following functions in SAP version 4.72.* · Ability to play HR, Payroll team lead role and provide training and knowledge transfer to end users via remote conference calls as well as online one-on-one training. · *Experience with ADP PCPW is big plus.* · Ability to configure & develop time recording, benefits administration. · Exposure and/or experience to Info-pak would be added plus. · Ability to configure compensation management.
