*Primary Skill   :* *Sr. Active Directory in 2003/2008/2012* and *Windows.*



*Required Skills:*
o   At least 10+ years of related experience in administering* windows
2003/2008/2012 Active Directory*
o   Managing Active directory domains and Forests.
o   Deep understanding of *DNS and DNS zones (Active directory integrated ,
primary , secondary , stub , forwarders , conditional forwarders)*
o   Knowledge of *FSMO roles, Global Catalog.*
o   Troubleshooting DNS, group policy, AD replication and domain join issues
o   Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be able to
clearly communicate with the customers.
o   Must be open for 24x7 availability
o   Must be open for travel

Technical Skills Required:

*   Microsoft Active Directory 2003/2008/2012
*   Topology
*   Group Policy
*   Delegation Model
*   OU Layout
*   Migration
*   FSMO roles and their placement across the environment.
*   Replication methods including Distributed File System.
*   Schema administration/alteration.
*   MS Windows Server 2003/2008/2012.
*   Competent designer of mixed-technology solutions.
*   Responsible for quality solution delivery.
*   Experience in Operational Support and Delivery.

 

Technologies that must be understood well:

*   VMware ESX and/or Microsoft Hyper-V
*   Scripting (Power Shell, VBS, WMI, Batch, JavaScript)

Education/Certification Required:

*   Complete understanding of how to implement and support Active
Directory structures for companies of varying sizes and complexities.
*   SME for the planning and prototyping of a Microsoft Active Directory
2003 enterprise consolidation and migration for 5500 users and
computers/laptops.
*   Experience collecting and reviewing data to be used to develop
detailed design and implementation documents.
*   Experience providing escalation support to field engineers
performing migrations.
*   Experience supporting test lab implementations, including developing
Systems Acceptance Tests.
*   Researches, evaluates, and stays current on emerging tools,
techniques, and technologies.
*   Develop CONOPS (Concept of Operations) procedures.
*   Demonstrated experience developing SDLC system documentation.
*   Works closely with client to perform technical and requirements
analysis.
*   Work with different IT Application and Infrastructure groups on
