Ability to integrate front-end Java applications with backend Oracle identity products. ·Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) ·Oracle Internet Directory (OID) ·Oracle Single Sign-on (SSO) ·Oracle Access Manager (OAM) · Experience developing user interfaces with Java · Experience developing customer OIM Connectors with Java · Experience in integrating OIM APIs with custom Java applications · Weblogic Development and Administration · Linux Administration Any prior experience working on the PSSP/OIM applications and environment will be an added advantage *==============================================================* *Primarily the contractor will work on the following project(s):* *Background* The Division of Early Care and Learning (ECL) is Colorado’s lead agency in planning and implementing public policy on child care issues. The Division is responsible for: - Licensing of child care facilities, - Managing the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP) for eligible families, - Administering child care grants and quality initiatives, and - Serving as the lead in implementing federal child care programs. The Division’s technical support is provided through the Office of Early Childhood team within the Governor’s Office of Information Technology (GOIT). CCCAP provides financial assistance to low-income families who are working, looking for employment or in training, and families that are enrolled in the Colorado Works Program and need child care services to support their efforts toward self-sufficiency. CCCAP is administered in a decentralized fashion through county departments of social services. The Child Care Automated Tracking System (CHATS) is the system used by the State of Colorado to manage child care services provided to low income families or families who are receiving public assistance through the CDHS. CHATS is a child care subsidy program administration system which includes: client self-screening for services, case management, authorization for child care services, attendance tracking via point-of-service (POS) device; payment and recovery management, county policy management, interfaces with other systems, correspondence, and reports. The Provider Self Service Portal (PSSP) is the web-based access point to CHATS data that child care providers will use to access appropriate information about the CCCAP families the provider is serving. PSSP currently includes functionality that allows the child care provider to view information about the child care that is authorized, child care payment information, child care fiscal agreements between the county and the provider, and additional relevant information. PSSP is a Vb.Net application utilizing a distributed architecture. The distributed architecture is established using Windows Services communicating through NetTCP bindings. Objects are instantiated using Windows Remoting. The data repository is held in an Oracle system accessed through ODP.Net. *1.* *Project Scope* The purpose of this project is to support migrating the existing UAT and Production PSSP – OIM environments to the Century Link Cloud environment and put in place enhancements to child care provider login functionality. *2.* *Deliverables* *2.1.* *PSSP - OIM Cloud Migration for UAT and Production Environments* The Contractor shall provide support for the migrating the UAT and Production environments for the PSSP – OIM system to the Century Link Cloud environment. This includes: *For the UAT Environment:* - Work with the State Team to develop a communications plan, identify key contacts (State, Vendor (CenturyLink, etc.)), and confirm responsibilities for tasks - Identify/document all the Servers/IP/Hostname/Port (old/new) - Shutdown all servers and services for old environment - Take backup of the old UAT environment - Support Century Link in their efforts to copy/clone servers to Century Link Servers - Supply Firewall rules - Confirm Firewall access - Create new Database instance on UAT Exadata machine - Migrate existing database instances to new cloud server - Reconfigure new environment to reflect new server configuration - Migrate UAT data into the new Database and configure - Reconfigure/verify all necessary OIM components and support the PSSP application and integration - Document new Environment settings/configuration - Start all the services and servers (troubleshoot as needed) - Perform Initial Unit Testing - Troubleshooting and fix Environment Issues - With assistance from the State Team, perform Applications Testing - Troubleshooting and fix Applications Issues - With assistance from the State Team, support/perform final user acceptance testing - Ongoing support for the environment including applying any kind of patches - Providing scripts to support database backups, including Exadata databases as needed - Identify any additional backups needed and provide support for these backups, - Documentation that includes: - All required authentications needed to support the new environment (e.g., LDAP) and any other authentications that require external authentication reconfiguration - Server configuration for setting up a new environment, including backup and restore process - All areas that need to be configured to support a new environment - Rebuilding servers from operating system level *For the Production Environment:* - Work with State Team to confirm Communications plan, identify key contacts (State, Vendor (CenturyLink, etc.)), confirm responsibilities for tasks, and publish downtime. - Identify/document all the Servers/IP/Hostname/Port (old/new) - PROD - Shutdown all servers and services for old PROD environment (short outage for backups) - Take Database backup of old PROD environment - Support Century Link in their efforts to copy/clone servers to Century Link Servers - Restart old PROD Environments (old PROD back on-line) - Supply Firewall rules for new PROD - Confirm Firewall Access in new PROD - Reconfigure new PROD environment to reflect new server configuration - Support the creation of new Database instance on PROD Exadata machine as needed - Migrate old PROD data into the new Database and configure - Reconfigure/verify all necessary OIM components and support the PSSP application and integration - Document new Environment settings/configuration - Start all the services and servers (troubleshoot as needed) in New PROD - Perform Initial Unit Testing - Troubleshooting and fix Environment Issues - Troubleshooting and fix Applications Issues - Support UAT in new PROD environment - Obtain sign-off on existing functionality in new PROD environment - Shutdown all servers and services for old PROD environment - Final Shutdown - Take database backup of old PROD environment - Refresh new PROD data into the new PROD Exadata Database - Perform validity testing with refreshed data in new PROD environment - Provide support for new PROD environment - Obtain final sign-off on new PROD environment - Re-point external OIM application to new environment - Ongoing support for the environment including applying any kind of patches - Providing scripts to support database backups, including Exadata databases as needed, - Identify any additional backups needed and provide support for these backups, - Testing the restore process in the Production environment for a server to be identified by the State - Documentation that includes: - All required authentications needed to support the new environment including LDAP and any other authentications that require external authentication reconfiguration - Server configuration for setting up a new environment, including backup and restore process - All areas that need to be configured to support a new environment - Rebuilding servers from operating system level - With input from the State, develop of an application roadmap outlining system plan for the next three years. Template to be provided by the State. - With input from the State, develop a disaster recovery plan. *2.2.* *Child Care Provider Login Enhancement* The Contractor shall develop, implement, and support the ability for a child care provider user to log into PSSP using a single user id and be able to access information in PSSP for multiple child care providers. This includes: · Reviewing and updating existing requirements for this enhancement · Making modifications to the user interface to support the enhancement · Modifications to the Oracle software to support the enhancement · Converting existing users with multiple user accounts that access multiple providers to a single user account with access to the multiple providers. *2.3.* *Environment Hardening and Production Implementation Support* The Contractor shall provide support for the environment hardening of the PSSP – OIM system and the statewide PSSP - OIM implementation.
