Offer. *SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management and Performance and Goals Management* Need a senior functional consultant to assist in supporting the implemented SuccessFactors modules for Learning Management and Performance and Goals Management. Need to be able to point out any deviation of the solution from industry best practices and pay attention to the reporting needs and the implemented solution. Resource should have expertise in utilizing SF standard ad-hoc report writing tools, ORD and PRD. Resource will also be providing training to the City’s SF administrators to best utilize these tools. Proposed resource must have no less than four (4 )successful full life-cycle SAP HCM implementation projects within US Public sector.
