We have an Urgent opening .Please see the Job Description Below and let me know if you have any consultant available. *Position:: Tivoli Access/Identity Manager (ITIM/TAM)* *Location:: Chicago, IL* *Duration:: 6+ months* *Need visa copy and photo id during submission* *Technical Responsibilities: * • Ability to install, configure, deploy, patch, implement, change, release, maintain, upgrade, migrate, administer and support the following technologies o IBM Tivoli Identity Manager(ITIM) o IBM Tivoli Directory Server o IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator o IBM Tivoli Access Manager(TAM) o IBM Security Access Manager(ISAM) • Excellent Enhancements, Troubleshooting and Support Skills of ITIM, TAM, ISAM and its Inter dependent components(like IBM Tivoli Directory Server, IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator, IBM HTTP Server, WebSeal Server, Policy Server) • Flexibility to work in shifts for 24x7 support • Co-ordination with multiple stake holders / Third party Vendors for break-fix. • Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English • Must be able to lead and participate in outage calls • Participate in daily/ weekly/ monthly/ customer / internal meetings and provide activities report. • Understand the SLA and ensure the SLAs are met as per the TCS agreement with customer • Work with onshore team and ensure deliverables are delivered on time • Excellent organizational & communication skills • Assist in the implementation of best practices, processes and tools *Thanks * *Wasim AhmedUnited Software Group Inc.. 565 Metro Place South.
