We have an Urgent opening .Please see the Job Description Below and let me know if you have any consultant available. *Role Backup Administrator * *Location:: Chicago, IL (locals or from nearby states)* *Duration:: 6+ months* *Need visa copy and photo id during submission* *Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)* Required Technical Skill Set Good knowledge on Backup Technologies, Net backup, Avamaar, Syemantec Backup, Virtual Tape Library Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) 1. Strong technical skills and domain expert in EMC Storage / Hitachi / NetApp. 2. Expertise in building resilient, high performance SAN and backup solution 3. Familiarity with Virtual Tape Library and Data De-duplication technologies 4. Experience on Networker, Data Domain and HP’s LiveVault 5. Familiarity with SRDF technology, single and multi mode fiber connection, data replication, snapshots, BCV Storage switch fabric 6. Familiarity with SUN hardware configuration and server configuration for SAN connectivity 7. Storage provisioning, EMC Control Center, Navisphere and advanced troubleshooting 8. Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English. 9. Flexibility to work in shifts for 24x7 supports. 10. Responsible for identification and mitigation of risks and vulnerabilities 11. Prepare disaster recovery (DR) plan and demonstrate successful functioning of DR 12.
