It is highly desirable that candidates have a broad knowledge of SAP HCM modules(Time, Payroll, Compensation), but MUST have strong focus in the following areas: Benefits Administration, BizX(Succession Planning, Recruiting, Workforce Analytics, Performance Management). SAP HR experience must include requirements gathering, functional testing, data migration, data analysis, writing SOW’s and documentation. Working knowledge of ABAP programming is PREFERRED. Ability to perform detailed analysis of user requests, identify problems and SAP delivered software changes to determine impact and recommended steps for resolution and/or implementation.
