Debit Card, Credit Card * *Deliverables: criteria/results by which success can be measured* *Excellent communication skills (written and oral) Politically savvy, diplomatic, good negotiation skills and highly organized.* *Must communicate effectively with multiple LOBs, Operations Areas, Marketing, Technology Teams, and Vendors. * *Create and/or monitor progress of project collateral including but not limited to project plans, detailed project schedules, business requirements, scoping statements, testing strategy, testing plans, minutes, risk mitigation plans, issue resolution/tracking, project budgets, and communication plans. * *Successful delivery of program goals and objectives within an agreed timeframe, scope, budget, and quality* *Effective meeting management and facilitation – including documenting meetings with clarity and conciseness* *Must be able to effectively motivate and lead teams in a matrix environment * *Keep stakeholders informed of project progress through effective communication planning* *Effectively manage change within project regarding scope, budget, time and quality* *PM needs to be on site for this project.* *Technical Knowledge:* Standard Project Management methodology using PMI is preferred .
