Sr. QM Test Engineer (Peoplesoft HR tester) * * This is a senior position with a minimum of 4 years in testing. This person will be responsible for system testing of PeopleSoft applications for NJM's Employee Services portfolio. This includes* *project work, service requests and regression testing of bundles and tax updates. Please see attached for this person's job responsibilities, but here are the critical elements: a) It's a must this person has hands-on testing experience with Peoplesoft modules, specifically: o Human Capital Management - HR, Benefits, Benefits Administration, Position Management o N. America Payroll o Recruiting Solutions o Time & Labor o Employee Self Service - Benefits, HR,Payroll and Time and Labor o Manager Self Service - Benefits, HR, Payroll and Time and Labor b) Particularly with bundles and tax updates which have tight deadlines, the person needs to have immaculate organization skills with the ability to multi-task and work on multiple assig nments.
