Job Title : *Lead (Java / BPM) Developer *10 + Years Location : Cleveland, OH Duration : 6+months Interview : phone/Skype Technical Experience/Skills Required JAVA BPM ORACLE PL/SQL JBOSS WEB-SERVICES XML, XSLT, JSON WEB DESIGN JQUERY - 10 + Years Java development experience. - 5-8 Years web development experience. - 5+ Years executing software development projects and guiding development teams - 2-5 Years documenting software requirements and translating requirements into software design specifications. - Experience developing cross-browser, cross-platorm, multi-lingual web user interfaces - Strong understanding of Oracle database technologies. - Working knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, packages, functions, etc. - Experience developing reusable software services and components. - Broad knowledge of multiple software development languages, technologies and integration techniques. - Experience integrating applications with enterprise messaging systems such as MQSeries or JMS. - Experience developing java application for BPM / workflow systems. - Working knowledge of software version control systems such as SVN and GIT. Non-Technical Skills Required - Strong organizational skills. Ability to execute multiple concurrent development projects. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills; effective writing skills (i.e. capable of writing proposals, papers, documentation). Experience working with vendors, making presentations to client audiences or professional peers, and working closely with senior level management. - Strong problem solving capabilities, ability to effectively utilize available resources. Incorporates best practices (i.e. automation of manual procedures) in problem resolutions. - *Project management skills including the facilitation of meetings, estimating project size, scope and efforts, evaluating project progress, managing risk, defining and managing issues, publishing project communications. * *- Mentoring/Leading 4 Developers* Technical Experience/Skills Preferred -Experience developing SOAP, REST, XML-RPC web services. Experience developing / deploying WSDL based applications. - Experience deploying applications on JBoss versions 4.x, 5.x, 6.x . - Advanced knowledge of Java based technologies such as: Struts, EJB 3.x, Hibernate, Servlets, JSP, JSF, XML, JSON, XSLT etc. - Experience developing responsive client side web applications using JQuery, Javascript, or google toolkit - Experience developing software for automated business processing. - Experience developing BPM software and corresponding software services using Oracle BPM, JBoss BPM , or Fujitsu Interstage BPM.
