o Good UI developer who has hands on experience on development as well as
design experience. Should have the ability to evaluate and suggest right
framework/tool/approach with the below skill set(as you mentioned). Ability
to quickly understand the issues and provide the correct resolution.
§ Should have good knowledge on JAVA, Responsive Web Design, develop HTML
screens for various devices(such as iPhones, tablets, desktop).
§ Should have knowledge on working Quirks mode.
§ Should have knowledge on designing frameworks.
§ Good at developing widgets, new controls in JAVA etc.
§ Good in Java Custom tags
§ Reduce Likelihood of UI rework
§ Experience in client side framework experience as well. We need blend of
both skills front end and back end
§ Performance tuning / suggesting right level of caching to improve
performance .
This team is basically Architecture team which develop UI frameworks used
by all Client web application projects. Here they do research on developing
new frameworks and come up with innovative ideas to build frameworks. They
are looking for architects who can come up with innovative ideas for
designing frameworks.
