*Job Title** : **Software Test Analyst*

*Location : Austin,TX ( local only)*

*Duration : 12+ Months*



*Responsibilities:*

Create and implement test strategy, test plan and execute tests in various
development environments.

Report, prioritize, and track defects, verify fixes, and perform follow-up
activities to ensure that issues are resolved.



*Required Technical Skills:*

· *8 years* of Creating Test Plans and Strategies

· *8 years* of Creating Test Cases & Executing Manual Tests

· *8 years* of Measuring and reporting test coverage across all
applicable coverage dimensions

· *8 years* of Configuring, using, and managing test environments
and test data

· *8 years* of Extensive DB experience – MySQL

· *8 years* of Experience troubleshooting and testing

· *8 years* of Experience in running defect triage meetings

· *8 years* of Reporting, Prioritizing, tracking defects with
follow up to resolution



*Preference:*

· *5 years* of Testing in Waterfall, AGILE or Hybrid development
environment

· *5 years* of Working effectively to define testable user stories,
especially acceptance criteria, with customer representatives and
stakeholders for Waterfall, AGILE or Hybrid development

· *5 years* of Collaborating within the teams, working in pairs
with programmers and other team members in Waterfall, AGILE or Hybrid
development environment

· *5 years* of Respond to change quickly, including changing,
adding, or improving test cases

· *5 years* of Ensuring the appropriate testing tasks are scheduled
during release and iteration planning for Waterfall, AGILE or Hybrid
development environment
