Perform problem determination and resolution. Perform VMware (ESX Server) and Windows operating system upgrades, capacity planning, and performance analysis as it relates to day-to-day operations. Will analyze and modify system parameters as necessary to configure the O/S and subsystem components. Will apply changes in accordance with change management policies and procedures Develop and implement test plans to verify installation, upgrades, or repairs, including back-out plans. Implement VMware (ESX Server) and Windows O/S patches as required.
