*PL/SQL QA analyst*
*Location:* Memphis, TN
*Duration:* 6-8 Months
*Employment type: C2C*
*Primary (Must Have) Skills:*
· Design, development and maintenance of test cases for software
and applications.
· Modify test cases to verify implementation of problems.
· Expertise of defining system scope and determining the impact of
new change of programs on existing system tests and test plans.
· Responsible for understanding with all aspects of the
software/application including claims management, intake wizard, reports,
parameters.
· Good knowledge of Insurance domain of US, All types of Claims
- Disability, Liability, Auto , General, Worker Compensation etc.
· Follows pre-established guidelines for designing of tests and
test plans.
· Developing and maintaining test plans to verify that systems meet
the specifications outlines in data processing requests.
· Analyzes business requirement of user, leads in the design of
tests and to verify that end user requirement have been met.
· Must have experience in Unit testing, Black Box Testing, Sanity
and Smoke Testing, Integration testing, Functional testing, UI Testing,
System Testing, Ad-hoc testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression
testing, Compatibility testing etc.
· Ability to estimate, plan, and execute testing cycles.
· Defect tracking and management, working with development teams to
identify root cause and resolve issues, working with the business during
UAT defect resolution.
· Establishing quality assurance procedures, standards, metrics
reporting and auditing.
· Maintains the high quality of customer services
*Add On Skills:*
· Expertise in Agile/Scrum for QA Process, Feature testing and Unit
level tesing.
· Maintains up-to-date knowledge of current quality assurance tools
and other technology advances.
· Prior experience in Testing tools like HP ALM Quality Center,
SOAP UI.
