Skills : Required Skill Set includes the following:

· PeopleSoft Query

· SQRs

· Security Administration

· Must be able to write business requirements, create test plans, execute
test scripts and develop procedures.

· Resolve production issues efficiently and in a timely manner.

· Work effectively with subject matter experts and business process owners
for any system issues or enhancements

· Benefits Administration version 8.9 modules



Knowledge of one or more of Peoplesoft''s Core HR modules;

· Recruiting,

· Payroll,

· Enterprise Learning,

· Employee and Manager Self Service,

· Pension,

· Workforce Administration,

· Compensation/Variable Compensation and



Other PS Modules/Functionality that are a nice to have are:

* Benefits Administration
* Position Management
* Experience in mergers and acquisitions and combining two HR applications
is strongly desired
* Upgrade experience PeopleSoft Version 8.x Setup, Control Tables, Reporting
and integration with other PeopleSoft modules is desired
* Application Designer,
* Crystal Reports,
* Nvision,



Project Details :


Must have strong initiative, a go-getter attitude and need minimal training.


Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, not limited to but
including: strong negotiation, influencing and collaboration skills.


Strong initiative and facilitation skills are required to interact with
both functional and technical resources


Expertise in developing business requirements, process analysis and
design, gap analysis, functional system design and specifications,
system configuration, development of system tests, procedures and
documentation.
